Hortus Venserparcum
Fall is a wonderful season with tree leaves colouring in a variety of tones and the lush greenery reaching end of the plant growing season. This is the moment when plants dry out and plant fiber can be easily collected for making paper.

Hand-made book 'Hortus Venserparcum Papyrus'
All of the paper sheets in the book are made from plants that are typical to Venserpark, an urban open space area located in Duivendrecht, the Netherlands. All of the plants were collected in the fall of 2021. The fiber was cooked in soda ash alkali solution and the sheets were formed using the Western-style papermaking technique.
